Condell Medical Building is located on Belvidere road (route 120) west of Lake county Fair Grounds and east of Rokenbach car dealership. It is 1/2 mile west of intersection of route 120 and route 45. As you enter the parking lot turn left and enter the building from the west entrance. Take elevator to the 2nd floor. Our office is located at the end of Shorter hallway. map
